How will be the course conducted

How will be the course conducted:The entire 18 hours course will be conducted through online self-paced learning sessions  with extensive brainstorming and innovative activities accompanied by case studies.

The registered participant will receive the link to the course through email or Whatsapp. The Unique identifier code (UIC) will be shared to login inside the course.

  • Online Modules:  3 - 4 videos per module

Course fees:

Indian Participants: Rs. 4099.18  + 18% GST

(Rs 4099.18 + 899.82 (GST) = Rs 4999)

International Participants: 98$ (USD)

Exam and Certification: The course will terminate with an evaluation exam followed by certification from Indian Academy for Clinical and Dental Genetics.

Exam pattern 

  • 4 Internal Assessments (one after every two modules): MCQs (20 marks) + Case study solving (30 marks) = 50 marks
  • Final certification exam after completion of modules = 50 marks
  • Final Score will be calculated out of 100 marks.

What will you learn: This course will provide a 360 degree knowledge towards oral cancer starting right from basics of molecular genetics, cell biology and molecular biology aspects of oral cancer as well as the practical applications of  advanced molecular technologies for oral cancer diagnosis, prognosis and recurrence and the applications of saliva diagnostics in early detection of oral cancer.

Course Objectives: This course aims to deliver basic to intermediate level of  knowledge focusing mainly towards the molecular genetic aspects of oral cancer biology, advanced diagnostic technologies and their applications in routine diagnosis, prognosis as well as insights to oral cancer research.

Who can attend: Open to national and international students, faculty or professionals from any field of healthcare (dental, medical, etc.), science and technology. Anyone with an interest to explore more in the field of oral cancer or cancer biology can join the program.
